A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds to cover administrative costs and payment gateway transaction charges.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for completed courses, certificates already issued, or requests made after the 7-day eligibility period.

6. Subscription Services

Cancellations for recurring subscriptions take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

In cases of medical emergencies or significant life events, please contact our support team with documentation for a manual review of your request.

8. Technical Issues

If persistent technical errors on our platform prevent access for more than 48 hours, a pro-rated refund or extension may be issued.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to all materials.
